FAQ

FAQ

Typical questions asked about products

Q: There's another drywall sander with the motor in the middle of the handle, and yours is close to the head, which one is better?
A: The one with the motor in the middle has a flexible shaft to drive the pad, and the model with motor near the pad is directly driven by gear. In this way no power loss, and much more durable. The machine with flexible shaft has advantage that the weight of the top is less, but has disadvantage that the flexible shaft might get worn after some time and some power is lost.
Q: Why this sander needs a vacuum connected while some others don't?
A: This is a drywall sander! It creates lots of dust while sanding the drywall, so with an added bonus of a vaccum connector, it sucks up all the dust while you are sanding, thus leaving the area nice and clean.
